Echo from the Mountain: the Sound and Spirit of Country Music, is a live musical and narrative journey that begins with the story of immigrants who traveled to America long ago, searching for new lives and setting their experiences to music. Those early songs wove their way into the fabric of our nation and heralded a booming commercial industry that has been both revered and rebelled against throughout the years. The show covers popular artists from various eras of the country music genre including The Carter Family, Hank Williams, and Willie Nelson. Audiences will be treated to toe-tapping classics such as ?Hello Trouble? and melodic ballads like ?Sweet Dreams?, performed by professionals that deliver the enduring emotion and energy of these timeless tunes. Equal parts historical account and live concert experience, Echo from the Mountain tells the tales and explores the roots and growth of America?s much-loved country music.
